**Our Opportunity**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Analyst to support our Product team, working predominantly on the Australian Unity Bank transition to Bank Australia. Reporting to the Product Manager, the Product Analyst will support the transition with all activities in the product stream and others where required including investigation, collation of data and information, analysis and executing required activities and tasks.

This role is a fixed term position until November 2025.

A critical part of the role will be investigating and resolving product operational incidents including coordinating activities necessary for the investigation and resolution of the incident. Additionally, the Product Analyst will support the Bank Product Portfolio and team by responding to business queries related to product and maintaining product documentation.

**What you will deliver**
- In conjunction with Stream Lead and Product Manager, identify stream requirements and action allocated tasks, managing the task level execution to ensure deadlines are met
- Conduct analysis as required to support product and related streams
- Investigating product related incidents as outlined in Archer
- Where required assisting in the containment and remediation of incidents
- Responding to business queries on product specification and applicability of conditions
- Assisting the Product team to ensure product documentation and collateral is accurate and up to date

**About You**

To be successful in the role you will be able to demonstrate the following capabilities/experience:

- Tertiary qualifications in a related field, coupled with demonstrated experience in a similar product or BA role
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Un understanding of core banking systems (desirable)
- The ability to project manage initiatives that effect many people with diverse interests and perspectives
- A flexible thinking style, comfortable balancing both tactical and strategic outcomes
- A ‘big picture’ thinker, anticipating what is coming and rejecting silo thinking
