Finance Clerk

**The Opportunity**

As a Finance Clerk at Greenslopes Private Hospital, you will be joining our Finance Team, a collaborative, supportive and friendly team responsible for delivering a high level of customer service with regards to banking, cash, accounts receivable/payable and general administration functions. This opportunity is for a permanent part-time basis.

You will also have exceptional communication skills both verbally and in writing with the ability to engage with a range of stakeholders at all levels to achieve positive outcomes.

**Your Skills and Experience**
- Previous experience in accounts payable and receivable role in a large organisation
- Demonstrated understanding of collection procedures in relation to accounts receivable activities
- Understanding of GL accounts and coding procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience using SAP Finance system (Desirable)
- Experience working in a health care environment (Desirable)
- High degree of attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated problem solving skills and sensitivity to customer’s needs
- Ability to work with limited supervision

**Remuneration**

A base hourly rate ranging from **$35.34 - $36.11** + superannuation, dependent on experience level and qualifications. (QLD Clerical Employees EA Level 5).

**Requirements**:
Everyone who joins Ramsay:

- Must be **vaccinated against Covid-19, **a vaccine approved by the Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation
