SecureEnergy, a Clough Elecnor Joint Venture, has been selected to deliver the engineering, procurement, and construction of Project EnergyConnect._
- EnergyConnect is a new 700 km 330 kV transmission line running from Wagga Wagga in NSW to Robertstown in SA._
- The project scope also includes the construction of supporting infrastructure, such as substations and access roads along the route of the transmission line. When built, EnergyConnect will enable future renewable energy projects to connect to the electricity grid._

The Role

You will work within a diverse and multidisciplinary project team, specifically in delivering civil works for the Substations component on this major energy infrastructure project. Working closely with Construction Managers and our Engineers on site you will:
- Understand project Safety requirements and ensure they are applied on-site through the use of pre-starts and toolbox meetings; site safety walks and inspections and effective monitoring of plant and equipment use.- Supervise and co-ordinate direct labour and subcontractors to ensure work is conducted to program and to necessary quality standards.- Organise and supervise the use of materials, plant and equipment.- Effective supervision and safe delivery of the construction of civil works- Ensure compliance with environmental and community management plans.

On-site roles will be working on a 3:1 FIFO roster from your capital city.

Your Skills & Experience

You will have significant experience working as a Supervisor, ideally on Transmission Line projects along with specific experience in:
- Supervising the delivery of all types of civil construction.- Working with Tier 1 organisations with a strong safety culture and practices.- Working closely with engineers on-site to plan and schedule construction activities and devise innovative solutions to potential issues.
