An exciting opportunity to join our Wealth Management team as a Fees Administrator

**About the role**

We are seeking individuals looking to establish their career in Financial Services by joining a high performing team in the role of Fees Administrator. As someone looking for long term growth, you will have the opportunity to learn about Wealth Advice operations from the ground up by supporting the business, Client Service Associates and their aligned Private Bankers.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Taking ownership of the end-to-end process of Fee Consent forms, Fee Disclosure Statements and Opt-in renewals.
- The production of Fee Disclosure Statements and Fee Consent Forms in a timely manner.
- Analyzing of data through exceptions reports to ensure the business remains compliant.
- Processing, reconciling and analysis of revenue across Private Bank
- Actively working with the Private Bank business and its stakeholders to deliver on outcomes.
- Working collaboratively with peers to ensure requests are completed accurately and that client records are maintained appropriately.
- Becoming a ‘go to’ person for all administration tasks with a continuous focus on our legislative, risk management and reputational responsibilities.
- Ensure a high standard of communication with all clients and stakeholders.

- 2+ years’ experience working in the financial services and banking industry.
