**The Opportunity**

Retail Services is a specialist team providing recruitment services to the Field Marketing companies within the Clemenger Group in Australia and New Zealand.

We are currently looking for a Full Time Retail Sales Merchandiser to join our national team at Clemenger Field Marketing representing one of our key client partners in an exciting and fast-paced category.

**Your role**

Working across the Sydney metro area and surrounds you will be responsible for driving client market share and category performance through store ownership of in store promotional program, store relationships, store sales results and opportunity based selling.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Implementation of planogram trade standards
- Negotiation of incremental store space with managers to leverage market share
- Preselling client activity in accordance with promotional programs
- Develop strong relationships with key store personnel
- Reporting and providing feedback on key field insights and activity

**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or Sales Representative
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Valid driver licence & reliable car
- Able to work in an autonomous role
- Excellent time management skills & a positive attitude
