**The Opportunity**:
Due to ongoing success, we are looking to grow our Urban Development and Property Advisory team. We are seeking bright and ambitious Project/Development Managers of varying seniority to provide strategic direction and management to some of the most exciting urban development projects in the industry.

Our experience and capabilities span projects of all sizes across a range of sectors from greenfield master planning communities and business parks to open spaces, parks, and Government projects through to commercial, residential, and retail projects, including the delivery of mixed-use precincts.

**About you**:

- Degree qualified in Property Development, Planning, Property Economics, Project Management, or related discipline
- 3 - 10 years’ experience depending on seniority and a keen interest in developing your career in a strategic role within the Urban Development industry
- Experience with private and/or government clients
- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal with the potential to forge positive relationships with those you interact with
- Consultative and active listener
- A strong business acumen, integrity, credibility and professionalism
- Highly motivated with a keen desire to learn, develop and be a valued team member
