**We're Hiring: Experienced Barista at Yield Café ☕️**

Are you a skilled barista with at least 2 years of experience, passionate about crafting perfect espresso drinks and creating a memorable coffee experience? Yield Café is looking for a friendly, motivated barista to join our team

What You'll Do:

- Craft high-quality espresso-based drinks (lattes, cappuccinos, macchiatos, and more)
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every guest feels welcome and appreciated
- Keep the coffee bar clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Help with food prep, serving, and maintaining a smooth café operation
- Be an active part of a supportive, hardworking team that thrives on collaboration and positive energy

What We're Looking For:

- At least **2 years of barista experience** (knowledge of specialty coffee, milk frothing, and espresso machines is key)
- A passion for coffee and a desire to create an amazing experience for every customer
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask
- Team-oriented with a friendly, approachable attitude
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings
