About your next role
This is a terrific opportunity to kick off your fashion merchandise career, with our exciting Styletread team as a Buyer's Assistant. This diverse and busy role works closely with our Buyers on day-to-day administrative tasks that are so varied, we can guarantee no two days will be the same

**Admin**: You'll work with Buyers to maintain range plans for the new season ahead. You'll own the registration of each item online, managing samples and ensuring imagery for our range is updated on our website.

**Order Management**: You will own Purchase order numbers, including raising, tracking and maintenance. You'll also have regular contact with our overseas suppliers ensuring delivery timelines are met and that we have stock.

**Stakeholder Management**: this is not a ‘hide behind a desk' kind of role, you'll be working right across our business and with external stakeholders too. You'll need to build great relationships and you'll be seen as the glue that holds it all together
About You
You will be a whizz with managing competing priorities. You'll be able to get your head around a few systems and manage sizeable amounts of data. Here are a few more things we'd love you to bring with you:

- Customer orientation, your customer might be a colleague or an external supplier - we're looking for someone who has that innate desire to help
- You'll be in the detail a bit - where accuracy matters, so this will be a strength
- Excel knowledge - you don't need to be an expert, but knowing your way around is key
- If you come with prior experience in a retail environment, you'll be at the top of our list
