**What you’ll be doing**
- Assist with the personal care and daily living activities of our residents
- Provide compassionate support and engage residents in meaningful activities
- Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure the delivery of exceptional care
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold healthcare standards
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive care environment

**What we’re looking for**
- Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role, preferably within an aged care setting
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with residents and their families
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine interest in the wellbeing of the elderly
- Commitment to upholding healthcare standards and maintaining accurate records
- Flexibility to work a casual schedule as required
- Current Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening
- Evidence of Covid vaccinations
- Right to Work in Australia essential
