Within the Strategy & Design Unit, the Principal Policy Officer will be required to coordinate and support projects and strategies related to the Data Governance and Information Technology Interdepartmental Committee (DGIT IDC) and other governance committees as required. The position will also ensure that the department's overarching Technology Strategy and frameworks are being applied, providing advice, briefings and developing submissions as appropriate.
