**Role**

Due to our rapid growth, we are seeking full time and casual delivery drivers to join our AM weekday and weekend teams. We are looking for people who strive for excellence to achieve greater results. You are someone who desires to work without compromise to Parcelrun’s quality and consistency of service delivery and reputation.

You will have previous last-mile delivery experience and knowledge of the suburbs and streets of Sydney CBD and surrounds, including the Inner West and Eastern Suburbs.

You will be someone who can work on your own but love being part of a team.

You will be report directly to the Operations Manager in a fast-paced environment working from our Waterloo location.

You thrive on building relationships with people from all walks of life and enjoy camaraderie.

You have a passion for customer service and want to be trained, mentored and developed on the job

Some further requirements and information:

- Sortation and manual handling
- Loading/unloading freight
- Follow route and time schedules
- Customer service and support
- Compliance and control
- Assist the Logistics Manager with various warehousing duties
- Must have a current Australian Driver's License with a good driving record
- Must be willing to undergo background check and drug and alcohol testing as required
- Be available to work AM shift - from 6am early mornings and weekends
- Strong organisational, communication and time management skills
- Ability to work within a fast paced team environment
- Highly motivated and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Enthusiastic, bright, hardworking driver that is willing to go that extra mile
- Good knowledge of Sydney roads and surrounding areas)m
- Be reliable, punctual and efficient in your work
- You must be fit and healthy and enjoy physical work
