Due to an internal promotion, we are on the lookout for a keen and enthusiastic **Roll Form Operator** to help produce our popular Outback product range. If you have familiarity with metal fabrication or similar manufacturing and want to learn and development skills with a range of modern machines, then we strongly encourage you to apply

**This is permanent, full-time opportunity working day shift with overtime and potential weekend work available.**

**Location**:Gepps Cross, South Australia.

**Remuneration**:Negotiable hourly rate based on relevant qualifications and/or experience.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Undergo various roll form machine and product training
- Interpret product drawings to program the folding machine according to specifications
- Manual handling of finished Outback-related products
- Conduct basic preventative and breakdown maintenance in liaison with the maintenance team
- Participate in training in the use of other plant and machinery as required
- Collaborate with team members, other business areas and projects as required
- Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

**ABOUT YOU**
- Familiarity with manufacturing equipment, particularly roll form machines and metal bending machinery (folders, brake press etc)
- Experience in conducting basic preventative and breakdown maintenance
- Competent using computer technology to program machines
- Ability to read and interpret job sheets and product drawings
- Effective problem solver who can develop solutions that meet the customers’ needs
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Commitment to producing quality products
- Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
