**THE OPPORTUNITY**

As a key member of our** Gepps Cross** retail store, our Retail Sales & Design Team Members will be expected to find out the needs of the customer and then present them with a suitable solution. As such you will need to have a thorough understanding of the products and services provided by Stratco and be willing to participate in regular training relating to Stratco’s products and systems to ensure your knowledge is kept up to date.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Over the counter, face to face and telephone sales
- Supporting and resolving customer queries & issues
- Store merchandising, stock control, inventory and purchasing support
- Assisting with general store management activities
- Collaborate with team members, other business areas and projects as required
- Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment

**ABOUT YOU**
- Proven ability to provide solutions and drive sales
- Previous experience within a retail and/or the building industry preferred
- Estimating and design skills will be highly regarded
- Willingness to be forklift trained
- Passionate about creating brand loyalty and building customer relationships
- Excellent communication skills and a personable, approachable team player attitude
- Reliable, highly organised, autonomous & able to multitask
- Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
- Possess a genuine desire to further develop a leadership career
- Whilst Selling experience is great, it’ll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that sets you apart

**This is a permanent full-time opportunity, requiring the flexibility to work alternate Saturdays and Sundays.**
