**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist Participant with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, Medication and household tasks.
- Support participant in community engagement and social activities.
- Document participant progress and report any changes in behavior or health.
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for participant.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
- Experience working with people with disabilities, and elderly individuals in a similar support role is preferred
- Valid Australian driver's license and a fully insured vehicle
- First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain one
- NDIS/WWC Certificate
- Good knowledge of and commitment to the rights of people with disabilities, and ageing people
- Ability to work independently, effectively manage time and priorities work tasks
- Flexible availability to work morning, afternoon, and evening shifts throughout the week including weekends and public holidays

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $23.71 - $44.63 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Shift work

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
