**Hunter & Barrel** is firing up a brand-new location in **Adelaide** this **October** - and we’re on the hunt for experienced and passionate **Grillers**to bring it to life.

As a **Griller**, you’ll be at the heart of the kitchen, working over live flame to prepare premium cuts with precision and consistency. You'll take pride in mastering the grill, ensuring every steak, skewer, and coal-fired dish is cooked to perfection and delivered with bold Hunter & Barrel flavour.

**What we are looking for**:

- At least 2 years experience on a flame or charcoal grill
- Butchery and dry ageing experience preferred
- Able to accurately work to standards and recipes
- A genuine passion for food, people and the overall hospitality experience.
- A Certificate III Commercial Cookery Qualification
- Advanced understanding and appreciation of all aspects of food and its service
- Ensure compliance with all OHS legislation (act and regulation)
- Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster
