**Role Purpose**

**What you will be doing**
- Passenger check-in with attention to detail and efficiency
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout interactions
- Validate passports and other essential travel documents accurately
- Tag baggage, arrange seating, and issue boarding passes proficiently
- Ensure strict compliance with safety and security protocols

**Safety, Security and Compliance**:
You will have a responsibility and duty whilst at work to take reasonable care of the health, safety and wellbeing of yourself and others in accordance with provided information, training, and workplace health and safety rules or procedures. **What we are looking for**
- Proficient computer and typing skills for efficient operation.
- Professional and courteous communication, both verbal and written
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities
- Positive attitude and ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong teamwork skills and commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Ability to work a 7-day evening shift roster without restrictions.
- Applicants will be required to undergo a Police check, Airport security check and pre-employment medical as part of the standard conditions of employment.
