Strafurd York Legal is a small law firm based in Sydney CBD. We are a general specialist law firm focusing on Civil Litigation, Debt Recovery, Commercial Transactions and Property Law.

This is full time role and attendance in the office is required.

This involves in providing office services to a small team of 2 Solicitors and 2 Senior Paralegals including, telephone and reception duties, printing, copying and document management, filing, photocopying & typing documents and a variety of office tasks. We are seeking an individual with prior experience in the legal industry to contribute to our high-energy team

**Key Skills/Experience**:
The successful applicant will ideally possess the following:

- Demonstrated experience in a similar paralegal role or customer service/sales orientated role dealing with customers.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
- Hardworking and proactive attitude.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Well-developed research skills.
- Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office programs, Leap, PEXA and other legal software.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
