Southern Cross is seeking motivated, caring and committed people to provide support to assist people with traumatic brain injury living in their own homes to enable independence.

Team members receive support to achieve the skills required to deliver individualised disability support services - a great opportunity to improve and enhance your skills or transition from a different industry.

**DUTIES INCLUDE**:

- Assistance with Personal care tasks
- Medication administration
- Assistance with therapy tasks
- Use of mobility equipment
- Light domestic assistance
- Meal preparation
- Community participation
- Enteral Feeding
- Driving a modified vehicle

**SHIFT TIMES**:
Shift times available are:

- Alt Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 0700 -1500
- Every Monday, Tuesday: 1500 - 2300
- Alt Friday: 1500 - 2300

**REQUIREMENTS***:

- Current references
- Mobile phone
- Current drivers licence and reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check/to be able to obtain one
- Up to date COVID-19 Vaccination mandatory (including 3rd dose/booster)
