Busy Bees at Wyndham Vale is a thriving centre with a licensed capacity of 124 places, located in the heart of Wyndham Vale. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Centre Director to lead our team and ensure the highest standards of early childhood education and care.

As part of the Busy Bees family, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the centre’s culture, driving quality outcomes for children, and supporting a dedicated team of educators.

About the Role

As a Centre Director, you will:
- Provide strong, values-driven leadership to educators and staff- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and ACECQA requirements- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with families and the wider community- Oversee staffing, rostering, and centre operations to maintain smooth daily practices- Drive enrolments and occupancy growth while upholding the centre’s reputation for quality care- Support educators with professional development and career progression

What You’ll Need- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA equivalent)- At least 3 years’ leadership experience in an Early Childhood setting- Current Working with Children Check (Employee) (VIC requirement)- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates- Proven knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and regulatory standards- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
