The Digital Intelligence, Collection and Evaluation Team (DICE) has responsibility for the enhanced collection and analysis of online information in the QPS to provide high-quality intelligence products and briefings in support of organisational priorities.
The DICE Intelligence function works with our partners in Media and Public Affairs and Crime Prevention to leverage the online environment for the QPS. The DICE also work with other stakeholders to prevent harm, trauma and crime and build trust and confidence with our community.
The dynamic nature of the online environment requires analysts who can adapt to technological developments and are proactive in their own learning and development. Working within DICE allows staff to develop their skills and capability as an analyst, as both an individual and in a team setting, with a supportive and positive culture where there are ongoing training and development opportunities.

Shift work is a requirement of the role.
