- Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for logistics and team coordination? Lyppard Brisbane is seeking a dedicated **Warehouse Supervisor** to support our Branch Manager and lead daily warehouse operations. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth and safe distribution of veterinary pharmaceutical products across Queensland and New South Wales.

**About the Role**
- As Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for:

- Overseeing the efficient picking, packing, and dispatch of customer orders
- Ensuring scheduled run departure times are met
- Coordinating labour and resources to meet operational demands
- Maintaining a safe and compliant working environment
- Leading by example in a hands-on, operational capacity

**What We’re Looking For**
- We’re seeking someone who is:

- A natural leader with strong communication and motivational skills
- Professional, courteous, and able to manage performance and provide feedback
- Experienced in warehouse operations and familiar with WH&S requirements
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work under pressure
- Computer literate and ideally holds a forklift license (advantageous)
