**The role**

As a **Test Analyst**, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring software quality by developing and executing test plans, scripts, and scenarios across various testing stages. You'll coordinate testing activities, analyse business requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to refine processes and improve efficiency. From functional end-to-end testing to user acceptance testing, your work will directly influence system readiness and reliability.

**What you will bring to the role**
- Strong problem-solving abilities to navigate complex challenges and adapt to evolving situations. Identifying system defects, troubleshooting technical issues, and refining testing strategies requires analytical thinking and adaptability. A proactive approach to problem-solving ensures smooth software functionality and system stability.

Writing test scripts, reviewing business requirements, and validating system functionality requires precision. **Required knowledge and experience**
- Demonstrated experience in a Test Analyst role conducting (manual, functional testing and preferably automated testing)
- Experience in creating and updating test cases, test scripts, user manual and procedure documents.
- Experience and understanding of Testing tools like JIRA, Tricentis Tosca or HP QC.
- Good stakeholder management and experience in working within a large enterprise environment
- Sound understanding of test methodologies, as well as understanding of Standard Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
