The brand is known for their effortless style and great quality in fabric, giving a modern twist to your everyday living style.

**We are in search of an experienced Area Manager to lead a successful Sydney Portfolio.**

A great opportunity is available to join as an Area Manager in a multi-branded powerhouse business. You will oversee a portfolio of stores and be very hands on with your teams and be an integral part of creating new teams and rolling out operations across the company. You will utilise your business and financial acumen to monitor reports, implement business strategies to streamline profitability and work towards profit and loss statements.

We are ideally looking for someone who has a structured background with experience identifying opportunity and implementing store operations. The role will suit someone with an energetic personality who has a passion for a business that values customer experience and relationship.

**About You**:

- Structured background in **Area, Regional or State Management**:

- **Evidence of successful P&L, forecasting and financial reporting**:

- An inspiring leader passionate about instilling growth and development within your team
- **Dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience**:

- Proven experience in achieving growth within your portfolio, driving KPI’s and Sales
- **Ability to identify talent and succession plan future leaders**:

- Strong experience in training, coaching and performance management
- **Successful team building, engagement and influencing.**

**The Position**:

- Area Manager position reporting directly to the State Manager and company leaders
