**Digital Technical Lead**
**permanent fulltime** position is now available in our brand new state-of-the-art Southbank based office

The primary responsibility of this role is to design, develop and maintain the Sime Darby Industrial (SDI) digital platforms that will enable our business throughout the SDI digital transformational journey.

Reporting to the Digital Platforms Manager, this role will find you leveraging on innovative cloud-based technologies, SaaS (Software as a Service) platforms and partners to improve our Customer, Supplier and Employee Experience, whilst providing technical advice and support the implementation of digital platforms.

Additionally, this role will involve the following key duties and responsibilities:

- Manage resources with SaaS vendors and crowdsourcing platforms to deliver outcomes
- Utilise knowledge and understanding of Application development models including Lean/Agile frameworks
- Establish and maintain development software standards and frameworks
- Provide L3 Support including Maintenance of the core platform and adds on
- Support the cloud platform services using effective agile delivery processes and service metrics

**Essential Requirements**:
The successful applicant will demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and attributes:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology
- Experience working with Agile methods
- Exceptional influencing and stakeholder engagement skills.
