As the Manager, you will oversee a small in-house team to deliver the annual Australian Weather Calendar.
The annual Australian Weather Calendar (the Calendar) is a key product delivered by the Communications Program on behalf of the Bureau of Meteorology (the Bureau). The Calendar showcases weather across Australia and promotes the impact and value of the Bureau’s services. It is one of the largest selling calendars in Australia, with more than 1.5 million copies sold in its first 40 years.
You will oversee the development, production, sales and evaluation of the calendar ensuring that it is delivered on time and on budget. You will work across the Communications Program to source the expertise you need to meet key performance indicators and ensure internal stakeholders are kept well informed.
With change management experience you will support the team to embed new processes and engage our people to understand roles and responsibilities. You will seek to continuously improve the processes around the calendar, seeking a more efficient delivery of this high profile product.
