Supervisory Duties: "Managing and scheduling staff, ensuring efficient operations."** "Training and mentoring new employees **Maintaining stock levels."** "Implementing strategies for customer satisfaction and profitability." **"Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations." Other Potential Responsibilities: "Stock orders for FOH and organizing any repairs if needed.Requirements/Qualifications: Experience: "Proven experience as a Barista, preferably with supervisory experience."** "Minimum 1 year of barista experience." Skills: "Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills." **"Excellent communication and customer service skills."** "Ability to lead and motivate a team." **"Passion for coffee and hospitality."** "Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment." Pay: $23.23 - $38.91 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
