**The Opportunity**:
**Roster**: Monday to Friday

**Role Located**: Perth, Western Australia

**What we are looking for**:

- Mechanical Certificate required.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the mining or construction industry.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of parts ordering and inventory management systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and related software.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the Service Department to understand parts requirements and coordinate orders.
- Source and consolidate parts orders, ensuring accurate tracking and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with vendors and logistics providers to manage parts deliveries.
- Ensure that parts inventory is accurately managed and reconciled.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and documentation related to parts ordering and delivery.
- Provide support to Managers, Supervisors, and Leading Hands in the Service Department as required
