We are currently seeking kind, reliable, and local Support Workers to join our team across the **Yarra Valley and Eastern suburbs (Melbourne).**

**Who we’re looking for**:
We’re currently seeking **female** support workers in line with client preferences, who are:

- Passionate about care
- Reliable and warm

**You’ll need one of the following**:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (or Aged Care)
- Certificate IV in Disability
- Nursing students (must have completed your first placement)

**What you’ll be doing**:
Your day-to-day might include:

- Personal care (showering, grooming, toileting)
- Domestic assistance (cleaning, laundry, meal prep)
- Social support and companionship
- Transport to appointments or community outings
- Respite care for families

This role involves working one-on-one with clients, supporting both older adults and people living with disability.
- *Note - Short shifts (2-3 hours) with potential to build a longer day over time._

**What you’ll need**:

- First Aid & CPR (current)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- National Police Check
- Working with Children Check
- Reliable car with comprehensive insurance & licence
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (3)
- A mobile phone and willingness to travel across the Yarra Valley

Pay: $35.15 - $76.10 per hour
