Due to significant growth and ongoing delivery success with our clients, Turner & Townsend is seeking an Team **Administrator **o provide administration and office support in Sydney in a full-time capacity. You will work in a project environment with a friendly, professional, and supportive team.
**Job Description**:
- Processing monthly invoicing using our financial management system.
- Preparation and formatting of tender submission, CV’s, marketing documents.
- Assisting project tasks under the guidance of management. This may include administrative support in terms of monthly reports, documentation, presentation creation and tracking progress of projects, maintaining WHS/EMS files.
- Provide administration support to the Cost Management team.
- Liaising with key stakeholders
- Answering telephone enquiries in a prompt, accurate and reliable manner, directing calls and responding to enquiries.
- Ad-hoc administration duties consisting of travel arrangements, new staff inductions, organising events, meetings, supplier purchase orders etc.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in an administration role desired.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role desired.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook preferred. M365 Dynamic desirable.
- Organised with the ability to manage conflicting timescales and priorities.
- Highly motivated and driven with the ability to work independently.
