**Your new role**

In your new role as a freedom of information officer you will be responsible for internal and external stakeholder engagement to provide advice on a range of matters to resolve moderately complex enquiries.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

- Preparing and collating documents required to make Freedom of Information decisions in accordance with the FOI Act.
- Registering new FOI and PIA decisions
- Assisting in preparing statistical reports for senior staff
- Providing administrative access to relevant local servers ,distribution lists and agency databases to FOI team members.
