**About the Role**:
We are looking for an **Education and Contract Manager** to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll work closely with Partnership Managers to support decision-making, manage school engagement activities, and maintain strong relationships with both educational institutions and business partners. You’ll oversee contract management, event logistics, and communications while ensuring the success of our partnerships with schools across Australia.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with Partnership Managers to provide insights into school engagement and assist clients in making informed decisions.
- Support schools with Career Days, workshops, and other initiatives to increase student engagement.
- Manage event logistics, maintain accurate partnership data, and oversee communications with schools and clients.
- Oversee contract management with educational partners, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements.
- Build and maintain strong partner relationships, ensuring effective communication throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Track partnership performance, generate reports, and address any contract issues that arise.
- Identify and develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure smooth partnership implementation.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for partnerships and collaborations.
- Lead meetings and work with cross-functional teams to align objectives and ensure project success.
- Stay updated on industry trends to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Represent Explore Careers at events and forums to enhance visibility and expand the network.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Experience in contract management, education partnerships, or a related field.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to assess risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- A proactive, collaborative approach to building and maintaining relationships.
- Familiarity with the education sector or a passion for helping young people explore career paths is a plus.
