The Lifestyle Coordinator (Resident Wellbeing) is the heart-beat of any residence that sets the tone of the home for our residents.

As the Lifestyle Coordinator (Resident Wellbeing) at our brand-new home, you will lead our Wellbeing team in creating and delivering meaningful, engaging lifestyle programs for our residents.

**About YOU**:
- Hold a **Certificate IV in Leisure & Health or other relevant qualifications, including Certificate III in individual support (Ageing)**:
- Experience in Lifestyle within aged care or similar experience
- Ability to be creative, compassionate and supportive in the development of a quality Lifestyle program
- Ability to lead and mentor Wellbeing Assistants to deliver successful lifestyle activities
- Ability to build effective, positive relationships with residents, families, team members and other colleagues
- Well-developed written, verbal & presentation / communication skills
- Ability to accept the many differences our multi-cultural community may embrace and help maintain each resident’s dignity and preferences
- Willingness to embrace new technology, software systems and social media
- Ability to problem solve and use initiative to maximise positive outcomes
