Hseq Coordinator

The purpose of the TasWater Capital Delivery Office (CDO) is to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of quality capital works projects for TasWater that will meet the needs of TasWater’s business, their stakeholders and the communities of Tasmania for years to come. The TasWater CDO manages the TasWater Capital Works Program from inception to completion including the planning, design, procurement, and delivery phases. We are on the lookout for individuals who will contribute to the development and delivery of our upcoming long term TasWater CDO projects.

**About the Role**

UGL are looking for an experienced **HSEQ Coordinator**to join our TasWater CDO based in Hobart.

This is a fixed term contract to December 2026.

**What will a day look like in this role**
- Provide administration support to the HSEQ functional support teams and projects.
- Purchase of materials, equipment and consumables including co-ordination of delivery to site.
- SAP input and maintenance of purchase orders, including goods receipt, journals and queries.
- Coordination of the training needs analysis and regist
- Comply with all HSEQ systems and processes and expected behaviours and standards.

**What would we expect you to bring to the team**
- You will have previous experience in administration (preferably within the construction/utilities industry).
