We currently recruiting for an Administrative Officer specifically to assist with all timesheet and payroll related tasks. This is a part time role and your working days will be Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday in Week 1 and Wednesday, Thursday and Friday in Week 2. These days are non negotiable due to our fortnightly payroll cycle.

- Working hours: 8am to 4pm

Based at Caboolture between the Sunshine Coast, Redcliffe and Brisbane northern suburbs Sunnymeade Park is a modern comfortable Aged Care Community with a friendly team and dynamic staff culture. **Duties & Responsibilities**
- UKG - Review Exceptions (Daily)
- UKG - Review Missed Rosters (Daily)
- UKG - Review Detailed Hours - No Schedule (Weekly)
- UKG - Review Detailed Hours - Leave Type (Weekly)
- UKG - Unapproved Hours Report - Pay run (Fortnightly)
- UKG - Enter Training hours for payment.
- UKG - Enter reimbursements, Escort, Retention bonus.
- WorkCover Queries - Payments
- WorkCover reporting of hours worked and paid (Fortnightly)
- Investigate payroll queries and respond
- Investigate pay rate reviews.
- Review new staff are set up correctly for timesheet calculations.
- UKG - Superannuation forms - updates
- UKG - Tax File declaration - updates
- Staff Leave balance queries.
- UKG - Bank account - updates
- UKG - Clinical staff enter on-call hours.
- Collate Statement of Hours for staff when requested.
- Collate Separation certificate of termination of employment.
- Filing employee & pay run.
- Cash out of leave requests - checking that the staff member is entitled etc and seeking approval and processing.
- Creating cash advance agreements and ensuring approved prior to payment. Then ensuring the repayment of the loan is set up to automatically process in the following pay run.
- Employment confirmations for staff enrolling in training/education.

**Skills & Experience**
- Knowledge of general payroll practices, procedures, operations and legislation
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
