**Your role**

Use your empathy and expertise to make a difference to the lives of children and families across Sydney. In this role day to day, you will be:

- Working with a wide range of children including those with learning difficulties and disabilities.
- Working in a school setting delivering small group oral language programs with K-2 students. All program materials, session plans and resources will be provided for you.
- Documenting intervention outcomes and progress.
- Working closely with our therapy aide team leader and actively participating in regular supervision and professional development to support delivery of quality services.
- Working as part of a multidisciplinary team of speech pathologists, psychologists and educators.
- Providing great customer service and building positive customer relationships through effective communication.
- Achieving individual and team KPIs to support Learning Links’ strategy.
- We also provide full technology support including supplying you with an iPad, and WIFI - which means you’ve got the tools and support you need to spend more of your time helping children.

**Your team**

**Your knowledge and qualifications**
- Currently enrolled in final or second last year of qualifying Speech Pathology degree (Bachelor or Masters).
- A passion for working with children.
- Experience working with children in an individual or small group setting through placements or volunteer work.
- Willingness to travel with a current driver’s license and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle.

Child safety is top priority for us, and we are a child safe organisation. You will be asked to undergo a police check and Working with Children Check.
