**The Company**

Our client is a leading manufacturing business who are seeking an Integrated Supply Planner (VRP) to join their Sydney team based on their clients site (Woolworths Head Office) in the Western Suburbs.

**The Role**

This role teams up with Accounts and the Suppliers to ensure the effective delivery of replenishment plans for Account Distribution Centres. The Integrated Supply Planner (VRP) will manage supplier performance and work together closely on joint business plans, forming achievable expectations and provide informative feedback in coherence with Account standards.

Reporting to the ISP Team Leader your responsibilities will include but not be limited too:

- Replenishment Planning -Ensure a robust planning process is used by the specific supplier.
- Inventory Management - Focus on inventory levels and demand requirements that identify exceptions in replenishment plans in regards to stock shortages and excess inventory.
- Order Management - Analysis order schedules to highlight opportunities to drive efficiencies through expertly executing system parameter adjustments, process of orders, evaluation of delivery, etc
- Issue Management and Communication - Alert suppliers and the core business of any hinderances in performance expectations.
- Develop Supplier Capability - Perform root analysis of any issues in accordance to supply
- Business Engagement - Meet business stakeholder expectations
- Excellence in Company Standards - Have a great understanding of company values.
- Occupational Health & Safety - Ensure company Occupational Health and Safety practices are met.
- Key Relationships - Be the middle person in communicating with key stakeholders.

**Your Background**

In order to be successful in this role, you will have the following:

- Experience working within fast paced manufacturing sector, ideally within the FMCG space.
- Experience in planning background desirable - Demand, Supply, VRP etc.
- Customer Service experience is highly desirable.
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
