**About Us**:
The College has 2550 students across a single P-12 campus with impressive, purpose-built facilities in a spacious, well-tended environment. Calamvale is an International Baccalaureate World School running three programs across P-12 with a strong commitment to the IB Learner Profile and inquiry as our whole College pedagogy.
The IB Learner profile together with positive education's foundation of PERMAH provides our culturally diverse in community with the shared language and understanding to maintain a strong and engaged community. We have a vibrant international student program; an exciting and professional Arts company, a School of Hospitality Excellence and our own Wolves reaching for sporting glory.
Our language program offers Immersion Mandarin in P-2 and a choice of four acquisition languages throughout years 5 to 12. We have a rich instrumental music program for strings, band and Taiko including international opportunities. Within the College their exists for staff and students a diverse range of co-curricular opportunities; leadership and aspirant programs and we host a large teacher placement program in conjunction with two of Brisbane's universities.

**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities include, but are no limited to**:

- Lead the school community to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
- Uphold the principalship as a values based, ethical and moral activity.
- Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
- Set high standards for student and staff performance.

- Please attach a one page suitability statement, with up to two pages of appendices being an artefact of evidence, to illustrate your leadership of culture and people and demonstrate 'best fit' for this College. Whilst the curriculum is assumed and data evident, it is your relational capacity and ability to manage change that is sought; and
- A separate CV denoting previous experience is required, together with two referees (referees should have an understanding of your relevant work history), one of whom should be the principal.
