About the role:
As a Rostering Officer our main coordinator of base rosters, shift replacements and payroll processes for our residential services, you will be responsible for the following:
- Managing base rosters within our Payroll system (Kronos) as well as ongoing, long
- and short-term rosters- Reallocating shifts, managing planned and unplanned leave and exceptions- Communicating updates and informing staff of shift allocations & replacements- Ensuring staff are working/rostered within EA and payroll reporting is ready for pay sign off- Coordinating, managing and resolving enquiries in a high-pressure environment, including escalation of issues
Role requirements:
- Effective verbal and written communication skills- Great time-management skills and an ability to prioritise your workload- Previous experience with a service coordination, scheduling or rostering role- Intermediate to advanced computer skills- Experience within payroll administration- Experience using Kronos Payroll system will be of particular advantage- Confidence with smart phone and digital devices or willingness to learn
