We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated **Production Team Leader** to join our growing ice cream manufacturing team in **Banyo, QLD**. In this role, you’ll lead and support our small production crew, making sure daily operations run smoothly and every batch meets our high-quality standards.

You’ll be responsible for setting up the production room, operating machinery, pasteurising mixtures, performing taste and texture checks, and keeping things clean, safe, and on track. If something goes wrong, you’ll be the first to troubleshoot and escalate when needed. You'll also help manage ingredients and maintain production records.

No formal qualifications are required — we’re after someone reliable, eager to learn, and ready to lead. If you’ve got experience with machinery, a bit of leadership background, and love working in a fast-paced environment, you’ll fit right in.
