**The Role**

We are looking for a friendly Medical Receptionist to join our wonderful team on a permanent, part-time basis. This position is for four days per week, plus coverage for sick and annual leave as needed.

Our current opening hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

As a medical receptionist in our practice, you will be responsible for:

- Warmly greeting and assisting patients
- Scheduling appointments and pro-actively coordinating the appointment book
- Accurate data entry of patient information
- Processing payments
- Assisting in tidying up consult rooms
- General administration duties as required

**Qualifications & Attributes**
- Previous experience in an administrative/reception role within the Healthcare industry and/or Cosmetics industry
- Customer-focused with a commitment to patient care
- Experience and/or interest in supporting marketing initiatives to promote clinic services
- A strong team player who contributes to a positive work culture
- Approachable, reliable and dependable
- Excellent communication skills, professional presentation and positive can-do attitude
- Previous experience in administrative/reception roles
- Experience using Best Practice is advantageous
- Sensitive in your approach when dealing with patients
- Authorised to work in Australia
