**The Opportunity**

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Centre for Education and Training's iLearn Learning Management System team as an **LMS Technology Support Officer**for **12 months in a**part time (0.8 FTE) capacity.**

In this fulfilling role you will provide project and administration services to support the delivery, management and evaluation of the iLearn Learning Management System team. This includes providing an efficient, customer-focused help desk service - both face-to-face and electronically - to support the users of the iLearn Learning Management System and technology support services to Educators using Centre for Education and Training facilities.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you must be able to show initiative to solve problems and possess a high level of organisational skills and judgement, through the use of guidelines, protocols and procedures. The proven ability to collate, and perform basic analysis on, statistical information and prepare reports is essential.

If you have experience in providing educational technology support services and in monitoring and updating technology systems such as a Learning Management System, then this role is for you.
