About the role
About you
- A high level of knowledge, expertise and skills in the delivery of Social Work clinical services including comprehensive psychosocial assessments, coordination of care and discharge planning across a wide age spectrum, in accordance with prescribed professional and ethical standards.
- Provide high level clinical advice to diverse stakeholders including professional and operational supervisors, relevant service managers, medical and allied health regarding service delivery, equipment, technology and the prioritisation and development of social work clinical services.
- Initiate and actively participate in quality improvement activities including assisting in the evaluation, review and development of the local service and its resources.
