**Property Manager**

Our client is a leading agency with a dynamic edge With offices located centrally in Campbelltown, this is a team of highly trained and experienced local experts that are provided with ongoing training and state-of-the-art computer systems.

Currently seeking a Junior Property Manager to join a high-performing Property Management Division, this is a team with plenty of support, structure and systems This is the perfect role for a Property Officer/ leasing consultant stepping up

**The Role**:
We are seeking someone to manage and service a clean, neat, tidy and local portfolio all based in close proximity of the Campbelltown Area. On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for:

- Management of a clean and tidy portfolio of approx. 200 properties
- Maintaining relationships with tenants and landlords
- Conducting repairs and maintenances
- Rental arrears management
- Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
- Prepare claims for rental bonds and attend CTTT hearings when required
- NO accounts
- Previous Leasing or Property Officer experience
- A current certificate of Registration & driver’s license
- High level of professionalism
- Commitment to superior customer service
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- High level of customer service and excellent rapport-building skills
