**Pay**: $80,000 base + over time + super

**Hours**: Monday - Friday during business hours

This is a Full-Time Permanent role employed directly by the company we are recruiting for (not through a recruitment agency/and not a temporary arrangement).

**The position**

This is a prized position in their Victorian office which is their Warehouse Supervisor which is overseeing the team in the 3PL warehouse for movements of medicines and products in and out. You are supervising and leading the team in the daily operations of the warehouse in packaging, packing, dispatching, receiving, storing, transferring and warehousing stock.

You will be working with items both temperature controlled and dry, this is more of a quality over quantity as the movements are higher tier with importance and precision. You will be leading a team up to 8 members, plus have full support from the extensive operations team.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Directing team workflow
- Working with team members
- Helping train and guide the warehouse team
- Oversee the pick pack, dispatch, receiving and storage
- Liaising with the operations and orders team
- Receiving and sending items for courier and air
- Performing administrative duties
- Ensure quality of work is upheld
- Ensure compliance and operating procedures followed
- Maintaining records and data as needed
- Labelling and ticketing packages
- Fulfilling warehouse duties
- Operating equipment
- Fork lift operating
- Based near the Airport in Melbourne
- Monday to Friday during business hours

**The experience needed**

To be considered for this role you must have experience in supervising Warehouse teams. Its an advantage if you have experience related to temperature sensitive, pharma or medicine but not essential. You will have experience in managing and supervising in picking, packing, receiving, storing, labelling, packaging and preparing stock for sending.
