Our West Ang location are looking for a Senior Site Supervisor to start immediately

**To be effective in this role the successful applicant will possess the following skills**:

- Engineering or Mechanical Trade background
- Strong interpersonal skills, confident and respectful with people
- Excellent written and communication skills, including the ability to communicate with people from a broad range of backgrounds
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Conflict resolution ability
- Strong leadership and coaching Skills
- Problem Solving “successful problem solving translates into enhanced productivity and increased profit.” Ability to work in a team environment.

- Adhering to the Quality and Safety Management System, by ensuring company compliance throughout all work scopes.
- Provide a high standard of customer satisfaction through the execution and acceptance by the client of the final product.
- Forward planning and availability of required resource allocations including but not limited to; personnel, equipment and materials for tasks schedules within two (2) weeks (including any breakdown events that arise) to ensure a productive and efficient operation in-line with the business model.
- Responsible for all trades and supervisor personnel, including but not limited to Human Resource related items, attendance, fitness for work, quality, productivity, holiday coverage and safety performance.
- Develop a culture which encourages self-driven personal development, teamwork and collaboration in a small team environment and promote and build the “Can do, will do, done safely” company ethos.
- Develop and implement process improvements in the way work is done.
- Maintaining and build stronger relationships between the customer and the company to encourage business growth and ensure a high level of support is always delivered by offering technical assistance, and labour requirement solutions.
- Being a part of the weekly management leadership group highlighting opportunities, initiatives and requirements to help fulfil operational KPIs.
