We are looking for people to join us to undertake work across our Document Storage Warehouse facility.

Your work will include project tasks for the moving and relocation of boxed records/documents between our on-site warehouses using a forklift and stock picker as required.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to work in the warehouse to retrieve records from storage and refile records into storage upon return from a customer using a stock picker.

Qualifications:
A Forklift Licence is essential.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Basic computer skills for managing digital record systems.

Physical ability to lift and move records.

A Stock Picker Licence is a plus, but training will be provided if required.

To recognize and reward outstanding productivity and efficiency, Advance Records is introducing a performance incentive program for warehouse staff engaged in picking, shelving, and forklifting pallets.

Program Highlights:

- Base Hourly Rate: $34 per hour.
- Incentive Opportunities: Additional monthly financial incentives for achieving or exceeding performance targets.

Incentive Structure

1. Primary Incentive: $1,000 per Month
- Eligibility: Achieve an average of 15 pallets per day over a minimum of 12 working days in a calendar month.
- Tasks Included: Picking, shelving, or forklifting pallets as part of a rotating team.

2. Additional Bonus: $500 for Exceeding Target
- For every additional 1-pallet-per-day average above the baseline of 15 pallets (e.g., 16 pallets/day), an extra $500 bonus will be awarded.
- Example:

- 16 pallets/day = $1,500 total incentive (per month)
- 17 pallets/day = $2,000 total incentive (per month)

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
