Production Supervisor

Are you ready to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We’re seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee the Small Pipes Production at our precast pipes warehouse.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Leadership: Guide, train, and motivate your team to meet production targets.
- Efficiency: Plan, monitor, and improve production processes.
- Quality: Ensure products meet high standards and compliance.
- Safety: Champion workplace safety and foster a culture of excellence.
- Innovation: Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Supervisory experience in manufacturing or civil industries (precast preferred).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A proactive, hands-on attitude with a commitment to quality and safety.
- Technical skills in equipment operation and maintenance.
