Belair on Broadbeach is looking for an energetic, motivated and proactive Public Area Cleaner to join our team. You will be joining a team who takes pride in there work and takes on the responsibility for the smooth and efficient running of the cleaning needs of our hotels.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

- General cleaning in a Hotel environment
- Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming
- Cleaning Pool, Spa and Sauna
- Manual handling and lifting of equipment
- Removal of rubbish
- Possible start at 5.00am with a split shift involving pool/spa shutdown at 9.00pm.
- Use of chemicals to sanitise and disinfect
- Proactively manage stakeholder expectations
- Carry out programmed regular cleaning duties as allocated.
- Ensure all department equipment is maintained to a high standard.
- Understand the correct usage and storage of cleaning agents in line with health and safety regulations and manufacturer’s instructions.

This is a casual position starting at 5.00am and there will be approx 36 hours of work each week available. Only those who can work Mon to Friday need apply.

**Salary**: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
