As result of continued growth, this business is looking for an experienced Fleet Controller to join their team. Your new role

As a Fleet Controller with this business, your responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing wharf operations between 3 Melbourne sites
- Consistently and accurately schedule containers through the ContainerChain system
- Communicate with drivers regarding schedules and depot operations
- Working cross-functionally with management and other staff to achieve continued growth and success
- Liaise with clients to ensure deliveries are on-time and to raise any issues as they appear.

What you’ll need to succeed

To ensure success in this role, you will need:

- Preferably 3 or more years’ experience in wharf cartage coordination
- Experience using ContainerChain and other similar systems
- Enthusiasm to take on new opportunities and to learn new processes
- Strong management skills
- An approachable and patient approach to managing drivers
- The ability to consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure all staff are adhering to safety measures in place
