About the role
An exciting immediate opportunity for a Packing Operator to join our established Production team based in our Box Hill plant. This permanent full-time position will function on day shifts across 5 days starting at 6 am and finishing at 2 pm. A 38-hour week from Monday to Friday. A great opportunity to develop & progress your career with an industry leader and the world’s IML manufacturer.
Duties include
- Perform production duties such as sorting, banding, packaging, labelling and manual lifting.
- Ensure continuous quality control though inspection and examination of printed products for print clarity and external defects.
- Follow the work instructions, work procedures and safety procedures.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a collaborative team,
- Problem solving acumen.

About You
- Experience as a leading hand or senior packing operator.
- Physically fit and able perform manual handling tasks.
- Ability to visually see all colours.
- Excellent quality control and high attention for detail
- Mechanical aptitude
- High regard for safety
- Must have reliable transport.
